Appearance: Though she is forced to dress in stereotypical gothic clothing for work at Fangtasia, Pam is more of a pastel and twinsets and pearls kind of girl. She usually speaks pure American, but when she is excited, a slight old English accent slips into her voice. Eternally 19, with her pale blonde hair and her magnoila white skin, she appears more like a young suburban housewife, then the fierce and dangerous vampire she is.
In essence, she looks like Alice in Wonderland… with fangs.

History

Pam grew up with her parents as part of a high class family in early 19th century London. As a human, Pam was bold for her times and wildly romantic, developing a crush on her best friend and next door neighbor’s cousin. However, her parents did not approve of him as a suitable match because they did not consider him her equal in social class. One night, she risked everything to slip out of her house to meet her friend's cousin for a clandestine meeting. However she never made it home as that was the night she met Eric, her soon to be maker.

Upon her rising she left London for the north with Eric only returning once ten years later to see her family from a distance before leaving England for the continent. She quickly adjusted to and wholeheartedly embraced her life as a vampire never once regretted what she had become. She engaged in a brief sexual relationship with her maker, but that ended as her tastes expanded and she discovered everything that she had been denied in her human life.

At some point over the next few centuries she parted from her maker and was living in Minnesota until Eric called her to Louisiana where she currently resides working as Eric’s (who is now the Sheriff of Area 5) second in command and co-owner of Fangtasia, the vampire bar in Shreveport.

Personality

She has a kind of sweet-but-lethal charm and her wicked sense of humor, which is unusual for a vampire, could give a human nightmares. She loves to tease and provoke others, such as Fellowship of the Sun members, Sookie, Felicia and especially Eric, as she explains to Sookie, because she had never had that much ammunition to tease him with.

While she feels that vampires are superior to the human race Pam and has always loved being a vampire, she is extremely interested in learning their practices and sayings and curious as to the inner workings of the human psyche, which is shown in her fondness for all things Dear Abby. While feels nothing but contempt for most of the “vermin” that come through the bar on a nightly basis, there are exceptions as she genuinely likes Sookie, her telepathic friend, and dated her roommate Amelia for a bit.

Despite her sweet appearance she is deadly and is an excellent fighter as taught by her maker Eric and loves a good battle and is defiantly of the “get even” school, when it comes to those who cross her. While she is based in the bar she balances other duties in Eric’s other various business dealings and is his second in command when it comes to Area 5. She is content in her position under Eric, and feels he is a good boss, but shows her exemplary leadership skills when he looses his memory.
